Drew Williams, a Cartersville, Georgia native, started working in excavation alongside his father at just thirteen, gaining hands-on experience digging ponds. He is skilled in operating a wide range of heavy machinery, including bulldozers, skid steers, Bobcats, front-end loaders, large excavators, and compactors. Drew’s passion for running heavy equipment fuels his dedication to helping clients turn their visions into reality with precision and care.

Joe Smith
Joe Smith lives in Cartersville, Georgia, with his wife, Ashley, their son, Walker. A graduate of Kennesaw State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Joe brings a strong business foundation and a deep understanding of customer service to every project. His passion for construction and land development began when he purchased and developed his first property in Cartersville—a hands-on experience that continues to shape his approach to site work today. Joe is committed to delivering outstanding service with clear, consistent communication and a focus on client satisfaction.
