Welcome to Red Clay Excavation & Demolition LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By engaging our grading, excavation, and demolition services in Georgia, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Scope of Work
We provide full-service grading, excavation, and demolition services as agreed upon in the project contract or work order. Services include site preparation, land clearing, excavation, demolition, debris removal, and related activities. -
Estimates and Pricing
All project estimates are based on current site conditions and client specifications. Final pricing may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as hidden obstacles, weather conditions, or changes in project scope. Any changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding. -
Permits and Regulations
Unless otherwise stated, the client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals unless otherwise agreed. We will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and industry standards during service delivery. -
Site Access and Safety
The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the work site. We reserve the right to suspend work if unsafe conditions exist. Safety of our personnel and property is a priority. -
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the contract. Typically, a deposit is required prior to commencement with the balance due upon project completion or according to a payment schedule. Late payments may incur fees or interest as allowed by law. -
Liability and Insurance
We carry general liability insurance as required by Georgia law. We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or client-supplied materials. The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from third-party damages or injuries. -
Project Delays
Delays due to weather, site conditions, or client actions may impact the project timeline. We will communicate promptly about any changes in schedule but are not liable for delays beyond our control. -
Warranties
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided. -
Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. The client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. -
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Georgia state law. Parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
